You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the conditions outlined below.

  • The item must have all original tags, labels, and hygiene seals (if applicable) intact.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., underwear, swimwear, earrings for pierced ears)

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with return instructions and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Please do not send items back without first receiving an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Item: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment processor:

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
